well how is everyone doing! how is the end of the summer treating
everyone! hope all is well!!
well this week was really good! sadly we were not able to baptize
marcos and simone. we went to their house and left a really powerful
message about the plan of salvation and that through baptism we could
go to the celestial kigdom. but they want more time. they still
believe that other churches could be true and that its not just in the
church of jesus christ that we will be saved. so we will continue
there. they went to church again. so they are still progressing.
but this week we should havwe a few baptisms.
for the last month we have been teaching a girl named ellys. and she
is ready to be baptzed this sunday.
last week we also started teaching a man named thomas. he is 19 and is
awesome. he wnet to church with us yesterday and accepted the
challenge to be baptized this sunday.
and another young man named mateus. he has been going to churhc for a
coulple of weeks and is praying to know if this sunday should be his
baptism. we are confident that it will work out.
our zone baptized really well this week. we baptized this most in the
mission this week. on thursday we had confirmed 15 baptisms. but a few
didn´t work out and we had 9. but it was a really good week. and this
next week will be better. the lord is really blessing us.
tomorrow we zone conference with president souza. it should be really
awesome. the assistants are going to call us tonight and tell us what
training we will be giving. so i hope that everything goes well. are
meetings with president souza usually are about 5 to 6 hours. they are
very long. but we learn alot.
i know that this church is true. every single day i can see and my
testimony is strengthened that it is true. i know that the plan of
salvation real. it is so nice to know how to get back to our heavnely
father in a world that is so tough and rough. i know that god loves
us. he sent his son jesus christ. who everyday is becomeing more real
to me. i lvoe him and i know that we depend on him and what he did to
be happy and one day go back! it is all so amazing!
i love you all soo much! i am so happy that everything is going good.
rachel has some of the best news that i have ever heard. i am so happy
for her! soo.. keep on a fighting! blessings always come!
Love ELder T. Larsen
