well after a good week, i am here again and with good news.
well this week we were able to have a baptism! it was maria. she is so awesome and it has been a long good fight for her, but she did it! for a really long time she has been taught. it has been about a year. she hasn’t ever really had much of a desire to be baptized. but one day we went to her house to invite her to be baptized and she accepted the date. so we have been working with her for about a month. she stopped drinking coffee and everything. her children are members so she has a lot of support.
we also had the transfer. it was really good. we actually got it a day earlier. i am staying in my area called nova metropoleo. but elder gardasz was transfered. he went to an area called castelao. i didn’t really want to see him go. he was a really good companion. he always had such a good attitude. but that’s just how it is.
but i am super excited for the new transfer. my new companion is elder kalel. he seems to be really cool. he has about 1 year and 1 month on his mission. he is now turning zone leader so he is very excited. he seems to be very responsible. he is from the south of brasil. so pray for us.
we are going to working really hard with the zone this transfer. so life is going well.
i have been thinking a lot about daniel this week, especially yesterday. i wish i could be there to support. i hope that everyone is ok. i am praying for them.
i love you all so much. i love my family and all my friends. i know that this church is true!! it brings me so much joy. i know that Christ lives! i know that this is his work.
keep on enduring to the end. i need you all!!!
Love Elder T. Larsen
